Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Region

At this time, we only ship to customers located within the United States. If you are outside of the United States, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future. If you are located within the United States, please note that orders placed before 5 pm (Pacific Time) on business days will be shipped out on the same day, except for weekends and public holidays. If you place an order after 5 pm (PT) or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped out on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.

2. Processing Time

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. During busy periods or sale events, processing times may be longer. We will do our best to keep you updated on any delays via email.

3. Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have not received your package within the expected delivery window or if your tracking information has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us at service@lingdu.us for assistance.

4. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it, but you may return the item(s) for a refund once you receive them.

5. Order Modification

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to modify orders once they have been submitted. If you wish to change the item(s) in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. You may then place a new order with the correct item(s). If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item(s) for a refund once you receive them.
